Essential Expectations of Regions • Each region must be able to: • Promote SIA’s mission and strategic direction; • Provide support to clubs in carrying out SIA’s mission and strategic direction; • Promote participation of clubs in SIA’s program, fundraising, public awareness and membership activities; • Support the partnership between clubs, districts, regions and headquarters for increased collective impact; • Provide member recruitment and retention support to clubs. • Provide training opportunities and support for clubs and members in administrative, program, fundraising, public awareness, and membership activities; • Identify and nurture new leaders.
