  3. Benefits of exercising • increases your chances of living longer and healthier • you feel better about yourself • It decreases your chances of being depressed • you sleep well at night • Move around more easily • Have stronger muscles and bones • Stay or get to a healthy weight

  4. Types of machines • Treadmills • Elliptical • stationary • & more

  5. What happens if u don’t exercise • If you do not get enough exercise your body muscles become weaker. • The heart and lungs also get diminished without exercise because the stronger they are, the more blood will circulate through the body.

  6. Unit 4 connection • Exercise is all about keeping your body healthy. And to get into a good FORM.

  7. Tarabiyah connection • Allah (swt) gave us all this blessing to make our body able to move. And so we should use that blessing.

  9. How it relates to Dailey life • We should be getting a decent amount of exercise everyday. • There are some people in this world that goes to the gym for at least an hour every single day!
