  3. New Hire Packet / Salary Agreement • Check on sign up sheet • Will meet individually to go over new hire packet • Will be called to review salary agreements • Answer questions • If hours are unknown, agreement will be sent to you via email

Evaluations • Your director will contact your or the Principal to schedule an observation • Complete Teacher Goals Form/Lesson Plan • Instructional • Professional Development • Checklist will be completed by Principal • Teacher will need to sign final Evaluation • Final Eval Forms completed by Director

  18. A Great Shared Service Teacher will…. 1. Know the name of their Program Director. 2. Bookmark the Shared Service Website on their computer and use it to locate important forms.3. Take attendance each day on MISTAR.4. Notify their Program Director when there is an error on their class list in MISTAR.5. Complete their 30 hours of Professional Development each school year.
