  3. Making great progress…. • Restructured Partnership – now a CIC • more transparent, inclusive and effective • 16 Action Groups (all going strong!) • Massive increase in membership • < 350 organisations in January 2014 to….. 517! INNOVATION   LEADERSHIP   LEARNING

Making great progress…. • From completely voluntary organisation to…. • Full-time Co-ordinator • Supported by dedicated BCC Admin Apprentice • Financial support from B2015 Co • Growing Action…. • Mapping, collaborating on and prioritising activity • Shaping 2015 programme and grants • Communication and inclusion support • Building shared legacy plans in all areas of work INNOVATION   LEADERSHIP   LEARNING

Capitalising on the value of the Partnership to its members: • Feeding into 2015 programme and grants • Providing branding & endorsement for 2015 • Communicating news, events and opportunities • Signposting projects • Co-creating a shared strategy for city • Skills exchange and capacity development…. Generating social, environmental and economic value from the Partnership for all its members INNOVATION   LEADERSHIP   LEARNING
