Manage your weight through exercise • Try to get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise at least 5 day a week
Eat Plenty of Grains, Vegetables and Fruits • Foods in the 3 bottom of the pyramid provide energy as well as vitamins and minerals to be healthy • FIBER – part of grains, fruits, and vegetables that the body cannot break down
Cut down on the fats • 30% or less of your total calories should be fat
