  2. Are teen parties safe? • Teen parties have been becoming such a phenomenon that they are becoming widespread throughout the United States • Some even consider if these parties are actually safe • What types of drugs are used? • Are there supervisions? • What goes on at these parties?

  3. Are drugs involved? • Drugs are thoroughly used throughout these parties because the parties involve light shows which bore the user which causes him to use drugs. • These drugs make the user hallucinate and see the colors as attractive and real • The drugs cause the user to feel numb and have a blast without care in the surrounding world

  4. What types of drugs are involved? • Types of drugs used at parties involve Cocaine, Tachas (AKA Ecstasy) and tablets • Cocaine is a type of powdery substance which causes the user to go sane for minutes to hours at end. Usually, this causes the user to become hyper and make heart beats rise • Tachas are ecstasy tablets which cause the user to see lights as a beautiful array of light and cause numbness while the user sees time move slow

Do fatalities occur at these parties? • During many EDM festivals such as Winter Fantasy, Life in Color, etc., overdoses occur since many teens abuse drug substances. • Since teens do not know how to control the drug they intake, they go into a type of shock which shuts down the body systems and basically fry your system. • In 2013, 28 deaths occurred at one dance festival alone

Is there any supervision at all? • In these raves, many of these teens are not supervised because they have the choice of sneaking in these drugs or taking them beforehand • Many securities at these events do not see teens perform these drug uses since they are in crowds and cannot take care of them all

  7. Is alcohol being served to these minors? • Alcohol is never controlled because most raves are handled by bartenders do not know the difference between young minors and older ones. • Many of these minors have tricky ways to fool bartenders. When they go into these raves, they are marked by an X in their arm and easily wipe it off and purchase alcohol. Once they’re done, they use a sharpie which they brought in from the outside and mark themselves again

  8. Is sex present? • Besides drugs and substances being in these parties, sex is even a factor which is present. • Many of these kids hide in corners and have sex due to the amount of drugs they have brought into their system • Since they have no clue what they’re doing, girls can be easily given a date rape drug and raped on the premises

  9. Is security even a factor in these parties? • Since most teens in these parties are under the influence, they do not realize reality from the dream world in which they are induced in. • Many fights break out because one teen might shove another or might be starring at his girl • Since the group is in a ball, security guards do not even realize this is going on.
