  2. CINDY SIMMONS: EVENT COORDINATOR Cindy Simmons is an experienced personal trainer certified through Aerobics & fitness Association of America and has her own business Excelsior Fitness. She has competed in many fitness shows and won the title in the first SNBF fitness show. She is now the Exercise Coordinator for Henry County Senior Services and oversees Personal trainers and also designs the programs. Cindy attended the University of West Georgia where she majored in Therapeutic Recreation. She was also involved in dance and spent 4 years on their premier dance company “Position One”, receiving many awards for best Choreographer. Cindy is a native Georgian & has a beautiful 7yr old daughter. Cindy is super thrilled to be overseeing the Excelsior Classic. She thanks everyone who will participate in making the Excelsior Classic an extra special event! OUR MISSION: BETTER HEALTH & FITNESS FOR EVERYONE We have a goal that extends beyond the success of this event: to raise awareness among everyone that better health and fitness are attainable, regardless of whom you are or what your circumstances are. Young and old, male and female, overweight or thin, the road to better health and fitness begins with a decision to do something about it. Perhaps seeing these stellar bodybuilding and figure competitors will ignite the spark in a few more people to take that first step towards getting into shape and feeling better about themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually.   3. THE EVENT: We are so excited about our 2012 Annual event called “Excelsior Classic”. This year our spotlight is on all Bodybuilding, Figure, and Bikini. The fabulous event will feature the best amateurs in and around the state of Georgia. The Excelsior Classic promotes drug-free, all natural health and body sculpting. Experience a jaw-dropping line-up of amateur and professional like athletes and beauties from around the world. In order not to leave anyone out we have configured this years show to include the Teen category as well. All of these incredible Competitors can be found on one stage, in one thrilling night, in front of over 500 Spectators. Expect an evening full of Lights, Cameras and Action! THE LOCATION: North Gwinnett High School We are thrilled to announce that the 2012 Excelsior Classic will be held at the fabulous North Gwinnett High School. Inside is a electrifying theater that is sure to let your imagination soar! This beautiful 500 seat theater is a crowning achievement in technological wizardry with all the amenities you would expect to find at a fabulous Broadway playhouse- Not only is it ideally suited for every type of dramatic stage production, it serves equally as well as a concert hall for musical performances and also for any Bodybuilding & Figure Competition. The parties to this contract are: Excelsior Fitness (Hereafter “Host”) and __________________________________ (Hereafter “Vendor”) Whereas, Excelsior Fitness is hosting an Event known as the “Excelsior Classic” to occur at North Gwinnett School on 07/28/2012, beginning at 6pm and has the right to advertise business and vend at and during the event, and Whereas, Vendor desires to vend_________________________________________________ at and during said Event, and Whereas, Vendor has paid Excelsior Fitness the sum of $125.00 to vend at and during the “Excelsior Classic” Event, Now, therefore, the parties agree as follows: • Vendor shall have access to the location agreed upon by the parties no less than 1 hour before the Event’s commencement for the purpose of setting up Vendor’s vending station, goods, and other things necessary and reasonable to vending at the location. 2. Vendor shall not vend any goods or services other than those described herein at and during the Event without the Host’s written consent. 3. Vendor’s vending station shall be no longer than 8 feet or taller than 3 feet; space shall be clean and orderly; and shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 4. Vendor’s staff may announce the availability of the goods to be vended only while they are within The confines of the vendor’s location. 5. Vendor’s staff shall be clothed and groomed in a clean, neat fashion and shall conduct themselves in an orderly fashion. 6. No loud music, noise, or sound amplification devices shall be used by vendor’s staff at the location. 7. Vendor shall have access to the location for up to 1 hour after the Event’s conclusion at 10pm to dismantle and remove all things brought 8. Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Excelsior Fitness against any damages or claims that may arise in connection with Vendor’s presence at the Event and Vendor’s activities of any kind. In witness to their agreement to the term of this contract, the parties affix their signatures below.
