  5. 2. A regional cancer plan A long-term strategic development plan for cancer care in the region.

  6. 3. Education and competence supply An optimal level structuring of the region's cancer care.

  7. 4. Prevention and early detection of cancer A joint regional responsibility for preventionand early detection of cancer.

  8. 5. Care processes A responsibility for the region's knowledge managementwithin cancer.
