  3. Highlights of Points for the M/o Sep’12 Backup of current Freeze data in DCA computer. Installations of Managed Switch in NIC. Installations of Software for ID Card Printer. Provide G-mail ID to all Lap Officers & Organization Committee of CRORES. Skype Installations in Branches for CRORES Competitions. Updations of NITCO & HBET Websites.

  4. Point No.1:- We have implemented a software which starts automatically when computer starts.It is user independent and copy freeze data from server to DCA computer daily automatically. DCA PC at HO Auto Downloading Direct Uploading Branches Parameters: 1. Efficiency 2. Avoid future problems & 3. Image of the Company.

  5. Point No.2:- (New Intiative & Benefits to Co.)We have installed Managed Switch in NIC. Before Managed Switch we are facing lot of problems in Internet & Networking. After Installations following problems has been sorted out:1. Solved the problem of IP Conflicts.2. Slow Speed of Internet.3. Remove Flooding & Broadcasting problem.4. Increased Speed from 10/100 Mbps to 100/1000 Mbps.5. Remove the problem of Slow Speed of Emails. Parameters: 1. Efficiency 2. Avoid future problems & 3. Image of the Company.

  7. Point No.3:- (New Intiative & Benefits to Co.) We have Installed Customize ID Card Software in HBET for preparing ID Card for HBET Students & Nitco Staff. Now every time when any person will get up gradations, immediately he will submit old ID card & get new ID Card. Sample of ID Card is as below: Parameters: 1. Efficiency 2. Image of the Company & 3. Profitibility

  8. Point No.4:- We have provided Gmail addresses & Finance Software to all 60 Lap Officers & 10 Organisation Committee for CRORES Competitions for smooth operation & secure communications: Signed List of Lap Officers is as below: Parameters: 1. Efficiency & 2. Image of the Company.

  9. Point No.5:- (Group Cohesion) We have Installed SKYPE Setup in branches Video Conference with HOJ for CRORES Competitions to save the cost/time of the person.   10. Point No.6:- We have insert a blog for IKEA ( IWAY Standard) as advised by MD Sir. For this we have maintain a better relation with IKEA as per their norms.   11. Point No.7:- We have completed HBET Website after designing with new Changes & New topology.   12. Future Plans for M/o Oct’12 Managed Switch Installations at HOJ (2 Sections). MPLS VPN Connectivity at KTU, MRI & ALD. New Computer Installations at Kathua Branch. Video Conference with Branches. DPR Implementations. Re-designing of RES Websites. ID Card Designing (D2D & RES).
