  1. H1299 p21Cip1/WAF1 p53 β-Actin Supplemental Figure 1. Up-regulation of p21Cip1/WAF1 expression by wild type p53, but not A138P mutant. H1299 cells were transfected with either the control vector (pCMV-Neo-Bam) or vector containing cDNA for p53 or A138P mutant. After 48 hours, cell lysates were prepared and equal amounts of cell lysates were analyzed by western blot analysis.
