  2. Introduction Today, Chile is one of the most developed South American countries. And many people come to visit its beautiful capital city, Santiago.

  3. Politics Chile got independence from Spain in 1818. In the 1970s, Chile experienced a political change, a military coup happed, it ended a 46-year constitutional government in Chile.

  4. About Nation Chile has been an independent nation throughout the 20th century.In Chile, its people are hardworking and fighting ways of life, including their language and culture. Chile is divided into fifteen regions.

  5. Geography Chile is a country in South America that borders the South Pacific Ocean. Neighboring countries including Argentina, Bolivia, and Peru.Chile is a country with attractions from the towering volcanic peaks of the Andes to the ancient forests of the Lake District.

  6. Tourism There are a multitude of very good parks here, and plenty of opportunities for fine adventure travel. Chile is famous as the location of Torres del Paine, considered by many to be the finest nature travel destinations in all of South America.

  7. Human Environment Interaction Chile is a land of deserts and rain forests. Climate change is one of the environmental problems facing Chile. There are four seasons in most of the country for people to live comfortable.

  8. Moai Easter Island There are hundreds of stone statues or ‘moai’ that are all corners of the island. A three or four night trip to this destination means coming face to face with these moai, admiring their sculpture and size and thinking about the mysteries of why they were erected, how they got to be standing on their platforms on this island, and who put them there.

  9. Sports Chilean sports are for centuries from a traditional game called “palin". Similar to hockey, and later named “chueca” by the Spanish, the sport is still played today, and since 2004 it has been declared a national sport by the Chilean government.
