COPS Communication Update Joint TDTWG and CCWG Meeting • December 14th from 10:00 – 3:00 • Agenda to focus on: • Review of COPS Market Guide for Notification Procedures • Project Update for SCR 748 • Discuss 10 Day Notification Process • Once systems are available following a planned or unplanned outage, how soon should ERCOT sent the notification?

  2. TPTF / COPS Nodal Review TPTF November 30th Meeting • Approved the Following Functional Requirements: • Eligibility Process for Settlements (Start-Up) • Dispute Management

TPTF / COPS Nodal Review COPS Nodal Review Meeting – Dec. 5th • Representation from Independent Power Marketers, Independent Generators, Investor Owned Utilities, Municipals, and Cooperatives • NPRRs to be written: • NPRR for consistency of invoice due dates for CRR, DAM and RTM; Owner: Jack Brown, Garland Power and Light • NPRR for revising Nodal CRR Auction process start date from the second Tuesday of the month to the Tuesday following the first Saturday of the month; Owner: Jack Brown

TPTF / COPS Nodal Review COPS Nodal Review Meeting – Dec. 5th • NPRRs to be written: • NPRR for clarifications around the triggering of Resettlement Statements due to errors; Owner: Lee Starr, Bryan Texas Utilities • NPRR for CRR Balancing Account Invoice process; Owner: Sharon Wang, ERCOT • NPRR for timing of needed operational and settlement quality data and clarification that dispute due dates are linked/reflected within the ERCOT Settlement Calendar; Owners: Jack Brown and Eric Goff, Constellation New Energy

  6. TPTF / COPS Nodal Review COPS Nodal Review Next Steps: • Nodal Review items should move to Settlements and Data Aggregation Working Group (If approved by COPS) • Meeting in January to review draft NPRRs • Bring NPRRs to COPS for recommendation for PRS to approve the NPRRs

  7. TPTF / COPS Nodal Review 2% Rule Language: ERCOT shall issue a DAM Resettlement Statement for a given DAM due to error in data other than prices when either: 1. the sum of the absolute value of all errors in data other than prices results in an impact greater than two percent (2%) of the total payments due to ERCOT for the DAM, excluding bilateral transactions. 2. or, the impact to any single Invoice or Statement recipient exceeds the greater of 30% of their Statement amount or $30,000.
