Tentative timetable for work on PM, adopted by EMEP: The basis • Broad timing: • Aimed at supporting the review of the Gothenburg Protocol in 2004. • 2003 reserved for testing and sensitivity analysis • Results of specialized studies and new data should be available by 2002 • 2001 for preparatory work • Coverage: acidification, eutrophication, ozone and exposure to fine particles involving SO2, NOx, VOCs, NH3 and the various species of particulate matter. Linkages to climate change policies. Here: only PM-relevant parts
