The Altar • My altar is commemorating a loved member of my family, my aunt, Feri Barati • It will have the necessary elements that represent: • Earth • Wind • Fire • Water
Earth • To honor my families ethnicity we chose Persian crops to represent the Earth.
Wind • To show the wind, we are using paper from books. We are also decorating the altar with a Persian flag.
Fire • The color of the candles of our altar are going to be red, green and white.
Water • We are placing the water into a hand made jar. This will honor both my aunts ethnicity and family.
