  2. Freguesia do Faial da Terra, ilha de São Miguel13 de março de 2013 Deslizamento de terras provocado por chuvas intensas tendo como consequências três vítimas mortais. (March, 13th 2013 - Landslides triggered by very intense rainfall in wich 3 people died.)

Freguesia do Porto Judeu, ilha da Terceira 21 de março de 2013 Foram afectadas aproximadamente quatro dezenas de casas, três troços rodoviários ficaram intransitáveis devido à força das águas que abriu o chão. Não houve vítimas mortais. (March, 21st 2013 - Approximately 40 houses were affected, three road sections were impassable due to the water force that opened loopholes on the floor. there were no deaths.)

  4. A ilha da Madeira sofreu a pior catástrofe em 100 anos A catástrofe matou pelo menos 40 pessoas, 70 ferindo, deixando cerca de 250 casas sem-teto e vastas áreas da ilha devastadas. (Madeira island suffered the worst catastrophe in 100 years - This catastophe killed at least 40 people, wounded 70 and destroyed 250 houses as well as several parts of the island devastaded.)

Freguesia da fajã dos Cubres e do Santo Cristo , ilha de São Jorge15/12/2010 As fajãs dos Cubres e do Santo Cristo estão isoladas desde ontem à noite, quarta-feira, em consequência de derrocadas que o caminho ficou sem acesso. (São Jorge Island - December, 15th 2010 - The "Fajãs dos cubres" and "Santo Cristo" were isolated several days in the consequence ossevear landslides. There only road was without access.)
