Problems encountered • Resources – no dedicated team to implement the system • Users – varying ability to use a PC • System development – new functions added • Demand from project users for reports • Quality of data – the cleansing begins • Full functionality of the system – distance travelled
The Analysis • We know that… • Jobcentre Plus is the most cited referral source into the model – greater publicity from North Lanarkshire’s Working? • Almost one quarter (1,114) clients have no qualifications – referrals to Literacy and Numeracy • The referral module is working well – over 180 referrals from health projects to Routes to Work • We are engaging with 44% from the 15% most deprived areas – case for targeted interventions?
