What Are We Talking About? Infrastructure is the plumbing that allows the water to flow in the system. It is your computer, the servers, the cables, the connection and much more. Membership System is the water that flows in the pipes – it is the information which supports the members, and the new membership system. Support is the plumber who comes and makes sure the water is flowing, that there are no leaks, and who fixes them when they are found. Proprietary and Confidential 4
