Vision • CLRC is dedicated to help Chinese churches in developing and strengthening their leaders to realize their full potential in order to meet the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century in fulfilling the great commission. Personal Background • Saved and baptized (1954) in Shanghai, China • Active in the Chinese churches in Hong Kong and Japan (1956-1961) • Founder and ministry at the Mid-Hudson CBSG/MCCC in Poughkeepsie, NY. (1968 -1982) • Ministry at Raleigh Chinese Christian Church, since 1982 (teacher / trainer, Deacon, and Elder) • Early retirement after 25 years with IBM in 1992 • Completed study (MA Min) at Moody Graduate School in 1999 clrc
