Ensure that the IQA and EQA policies, plans, procedures and systems of Assumption University are implemented effectively and efficiently. Monitor the implementation of QA processes, policies and practices. Ensure that all quality processes are documented and standardized. Support academic and administrative units in the preparation of internal and external quality assessment. Work in close relationship with the CFE, academic and administrative units for the final writen-up of the University's SAR within the deadline set by the University.

REQUIREMENTS FOR EdPEx IQA = Very Good(≥ 4.51) or EQA (3rd Cycle) = Very Good(≥ 4.51) and EdPEx Entry Score = 200/1,000 4 years EdPEx Score = 350/1,000 Thailand Quality Award (TQA)
External Quality Assessment 2016 (4th Cycle) - ONESQA will announce the EQA Indicators for the 4th Cycle on 8 November 2013 at BITEC Bang Na.
Program Management - Program Standard Criteria B.E. 2548 - Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (TQF : HEd) - OHEC Internal Quality Assurance System (23 Indicators)

2. Faculty Members 2.1 Program faculty members (5) approved by University Council and acknowledged by OHEC ◊ Involvement in planning, reviewing and improving the Program (TQF Indicator 1)
2.2 Full-time faculty members (including program faculty members) Required ratio of lecturer : student Participation in academic / professional development activities (TQF Indicator 9 and IQA Indicator 2.4) Published research articles required for full-time faculty members of graduate programs
2.3 Number and List Number and list of full-time faculty members for academic year 2013 as of 1 July 2013 reported to OHEC by OHRM (Please confirm within 6 November 2013.) Review and report of the number and list at the end of academic year by OHRM : 31 May 2014 ≥ 6 months and < 9 months = .5 ≥ 9 months = 1
3. Course Specification (TQF 3) & Field Experience Specification (TQF 4) Submission to Chairperson/Program Director before instruction begins School’s system and mechanism Distribution of Course Outline to students in the first class of the semester/ trimester required in all courses

AU Management System - Initiated by Bro. Martin’s Management System for Each Faculty in 2001 - Each Faculty got its Management System revised and approved by Bro. Martin in 2002. - Each Faculty was requested to revise its Management System in 2007.
AU Management System - AU Management System will be developed and used as the university system and mechanism of quality control. - Expected to be announced in January 2014

For Chairpersons and Program Directors 1. Check your Program Implementation Master Plan providedby Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs
2. Check the number and list of your Program faculty members (5) Faculty members responsible for the Program (2 for undergraduate programs and 3 for graduate programs) Full-time faculty members (according to lecturer : student ratio)
The OHRM will report the number and provide the final list of faculty members for SAR writing at the end of the academic year.
