INSEAD Women In Business • Mission • Enable women to be successful in future leadership roles • Promote gender diversity • Goals • Provide members with a discussion forum for gender diversity issues • Give women relevant tools for the business environment • Organise events with companies and external speakers • Provide networking opportunities with fellow INSEAD students • Develop mentorship with alumnae

Current roadmap for the coming months… January • Coffee Chat with Women Entrepreneur Christine Chauvet • Meeting with Patricia Barbizet, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of PPR, a French multinational specializing in retail shops and luxury brands February • IWIB McKinsey Event – Panel and Skill-Building March • IWIB Conference with Cap Gemini: ‘A global transformation program’ April - May • IWIB Negotiation Workshop led by INSEAD Prof. William Maddux • Guest speaker: The Importance of Gender Diversity in Business

Structure Current Focus / Responsibilities President • Coordinate activities across IWIB functions • Active involvement in events Sponsorship / Marketing / Treasurer • Sponsor/ scholarship sourcing • Combined in Fontainebleau Campus & External Liaison • Liaise with Singapore campus, campus contacts, (e.g. Gender Diversity Initiative, Career Services), other campus clubs (e.g. Entrepreneurship, Consulting, INDEVOR), etc Website & Newsletter • Web site maintenance • Article / Newsletter postings • Determine list of events for the year • Take the lead on organising events, with help from other IWIB members Events Alumni Liaison & Mentoring Program • Mentorship program continuation • Involvement in alumni events
