  4. Key Dates • Procurement Deadline February 16th - Procurement team desperately needed • Sponsorship Deadline February 28th • Auction March 16th • Please forward me possible Team Captains names

New This Year • Credit Cards can be used online for RSVP, Sponsorship & Donations and same CC used at the door • Donations specific to Fund an Item can be made online w/out attending the event • Due to Associate Student Body (ASB) rules about students around liquor – students will no longer be able to serve food • Musicians will have to exit the Auction after their performance on the stage • Due to food handling regulations Appetizers will no longer be supplied by parents
