  4. nexus IT • We are an Information Technology company, especialized in developping and implementing digital solutions for the Government and Health sectors. • We are operating in the Spanish market since 1997, integrated in Iconmedialab group since year 2000, nowadays LBi. Orden Comments • As a Software Provider we have to follow the customer needs and they have a vision more focused on contracting problems (processing more that relationship) • There is a big and growing offer on electronic public procurement systems but there is no so big demand on contracting authorities. • Electronic Public Procurment means a big TRANSFORMATION this must be understood as an adaptative lidership problem not as a technologic challenge.
