  3. Dost SpecialEducationandRehabilitationCentre Founded in 2000 private, non governmental, educational institution. Dost Education assists disabled children and adults. Students attend the activites in the school or get home care services.

  4. Dost Educationprovides • Education to disabled children, youth and adults and their parents • personal assistants of the disabled persons and to staff • support, information and help to families, disabled adults and people in need.

  5. Our institution has 300 disabledlearners • Mental retardation • Cerebral palsy • Learning disorders: Reading disorder Mathematics disorder Disorder of written expression • Down syndrome

  6. Pervasive developmental disorders: Autistic disorder Rett’s disorder Childhood disintegrative disorder Asperger’s disorder • Attention Deficit and Disruptive Behaviour disorders • Language and Communication disorders • Conduct disorder

  7. Dost has about50 staff Dost has many experts • Special education teachers • Teachers for mentally disabled • Childhood development and education experts • Psychologist • Handicrafts teacher • Employment coach • Case manager

Our main activities are • training disabled persons • group education in many areas • many types of training courses in the center • vocational education • family seminars about disabled people • psychological counseling for children and parents • workshops • socializing activities • projects on disadvantaged groups • to employ disabled youngs. • counselling for employment.

Why Dost takepartIndesyodIp? • Keçiören Municipaly which is big municipality in Turkey has big works about disabled people. • We are glad to Keçiören Municipality transfer Austrian partner’s this original study to Turkey. • We hope we will do a good project with our valuable partner’s construbition. • We will effort we can do. We will do studies about these areas.

Why Dost takepartIndesyodIp? • Develop new training moduls to make easy disabled youngs transition from school to work. • Prepare tests to develop these training moduls. • Councelling them to employ. • Do dissemination activity a lot. • While doing this, we will request your help. • While you are working for your work package, if you need we will help you.
