Housed at the UT Dana Center; funded by grants from Dana, Gates, and Carnegie Foundations. Partners include the Aspen Institute and Achieve, Inc. Activities include networking, tool development, and advocacy. Speaking to the special mathematics needs and contexts of urban districts. Tool development: engineering joint solutions to commonly held problems. Growing to include new districts and to make connections with other district curriculum leaders.
