HAC - ADE Glycemic Control Quarter 1 Glycemic Control Hospital Reporting = 76 Hospitals Meeting = 33 Hospitals reporting “0” = 10 Overall rate of 0.70% (Benchmark = 0.60%)
HAC - Falls with Injury (NDNQI) Hospital Reporting = 86 Hospitals Meeting = 40 Hospitals reporting “0” = 33 Overall rate of 0.62/1000 Patient Days (Benchmark = 0.50)
