Professional Up-skilling of English Language Teachers (Pro-ELT) DELIVERY MODE & MODEL Explanation Delivery Model Training Mode 1 The cluster mode is intended for teachers in the urban, suburban and some rural schools located 25 km and less from the Training Centre. Option B1 Englangtts 2 Teachers in the rural or less accessible schools will follow the centralized mode. 3 The cluster mode is intended for teachers in the urban, suburban and some rural schools located 25 km and less from the Training Centre. Option B2 Englangtts 4 Teachers in the rural or less accessible schools will follow the centralized mode.

  6. F2F 30% 480 hours Online 70% (320 hrs) online F2F Professional Up-skilling of English Language Teachers (Pro-ELT) E-Learning Mode for B2 teachers • Cluster Model: E-learning Mode (160 hrs) Online 80% (390 hrs) • Centralised Model: E-learning Mode (90 hrs) F2F 20%
