  2. Capitalism • Definition- An Economic System, in which investments and ownership of the means of the production distributing and exchange of wealth made and maintained chiefly by private individuals or corporations, especially as contrasted to cooperate or state owned means of wealth.

  4. Capitalism • Kid friendly definition- an economic system in which business belong to mostly private owners not to the government.

  5. Socialism • Definition- A theory or system of social organization that advocates the vesting of the ownership and control of the means of production and the distribution, of capital, land, etc. In the community as a whole.

  6. That might have been a little much so here’s an easier definition.

  7. Socialism • Kid friendly definition- an economic system in which large industries are owned by the government, and taxes are used to take some wealth away from richer citizens and give it to poor citizens.:
