  2. OBJETIVO DE DESEMPEÑO (Producto 1) • Los participantes, Organizados en grupos de trabajo y utilizando sus conocimientos y el material del curso, serán capaces, en una hora de: • Proponer estrategias viables de solución a dos situaciones de riesgo observadas. L5-

  3. PLAN DE SEGURIDAD CONJUNTO DE ACCIONES, GUIADAS POR OBJETIVOS ESPECIFICOS, DESTINADAS A LA PREVENCION Y A LA MITIGACION DEL RIESGO, ASI COMO A LA PREPARACION DE LA COMUNIDAD, PARA RESPONDER, ADECUADAMENTE, A EVENTOS ADVERSOS. L5-

  4. OBJETIVOS DEL PLAN • CREAR LAS CONDICIONES INSTITUCIONALES NECESARIAS PARA QUE SEA POSIBLE LA REDUCCIÓN DEL RIESGO Y LA PREPARACIÓN PARA ATENDER EVENTOS ADVERSOS. • CONTRIBUIR AL PROCESO DE EDUCACIÓN FORMAL Y NO FORMAL EN LA GESTIÓN DEL RIESGO Y A LA FORMACIÓN DE CULTURA EN ESTE CAMPO. L5-

  5. CARACTERISTICAS DE UN PLAN DE SEGURIDAD QUE SEA PARTE DEL PROYECTO DE DESARROLLO Y QUE FACILITE LA INTEGRACION DE TODOS LOS ESFUERZOS Y RECURSOS QUE FACILITEN SU DISEÑO EJECUCION Y EVALUACION. INTEGRADO E INTEGRADOR L5-

  6. PERMANENTE ASI COMO EXISTEN RIESGOS Y PELIGROS QUE PERMANENTEMENTE AMENAZAN A LA POBLACION DE IGUAL MANERA SE DEBE CONTAR CON UN PLAN QUE CONTRIBUYA A PREVENIR Y A MINIMIZAR LAS CONDICIONES DE RIESGO EXISTENTES ASI COMO DEFINIR UNA RESPUESTA PARA CUANDO OCURRA UNA EMERGENCIA L5-

LOGICO EL PLAN DESDE SU DISEÑO, DEBE SOMETERSE A UN PROCESO LOGICO QUE FACILITE SU EJECUCION Y A LA EVALUACION, IGUALMENTE, LAS ESTRATEGIAS QUE SE DEFINAN PARA LA ATENCION DEL DESASTRE (RESPUESTA), DEBEN ESTAR APEGADAS A LA REALIDAD Y A UNA LOGICA VITAL QUE ASEGURE EL MENOR RIESGO A LOS ACTORES.   8. FLEXIBLE DEBE ADECUARSE CONSTANTEMENTE A LA REALIDAD DE CADA INSTITUCION. LA REVISION PERMANENTE Y LA EJECUCION DE LOS AJUSTES NECESARIOS, FACILITARAN ESTA CALIDAD DEL MISMO. L5-

  9. ABIERTO EN LA MEDIDA EN QUE PERMITIRA LOS APORTES DE TODOS LOS INTEGRANTES DE LA COMUNIDAD EN EL DESARROLLO DE LAS ETAPAS DE DISEÑO, EJECUCION Y EVALUACION. L5-

  10. REALISTA APEGADO A LAS CONDICIONES DE RIESGO Y A LOS RECURSOS. RETADOR QUE MOTIVE EL ESFUERZO Y ESTIMULE LA IMAGINACION. L5-
