  3. Aplicación de la normativa queregula el Plan Nacional de Seguridad Alimentaria.

  4. Análisis y aplicación del proyectode Inversión y Convenio Suscripto:

  5. Financiamiento y Forma de pago.

  6. Preservación de la intangibilidad de los fondos. (Cumplimiento de los Decretos N° 892/92 y/o N° 225/2007).

  7. Asignación de los Fondos de acuerdo a la finalidad especifica establecida del Convenio.

  8. Modalidad de Implementación (Tarjetas magnéticas, tickets, módulos, comedores escolares).

  9. Ejecución de fondos de acuerdo al Convenio Suscripto.

  10. Cumplimiento de la contraparte establecida. (en caso de financiamiento concurrente).

  11. Rendición de Cuentas de los Fondos.

  12. Acciones de monitoreo y seguimiento.

  13. Cumplimiento del Objeto Social establecido.
