  9. Meanwhile, the MLS budget • On average over years, has gone up approximately 1% per year. • We’re hoping for an exceptional 3% increase this year.

  10. Solutions for 2014 law • Hit us in FY18 for various reasons • No more Saturday delivery • Cut out some delivery stops altogether • Reduced other delivery stops • Began charging for Holds and Returns sorting • Cut back on state wide database support • Left a Consulting and Training vacancy
