Solutions for 2014 law • Hit us in FY18 for various reasons • No more Saturday delivery • Cut out some delivery stops altogether • Reduced other delivery stops • Began charging for Holds and Returns sorting • Cut back on state wide database support • Left a Consulting and Training vacancy
