How are Synergies Created? • Relationships are created and built because of the Division structure • Data Ranger Concept works to provide data and focus for division goals • Leadership is devoted to a wide range of programs, services, faculty and staff who all share college readiness as their focus

  21. The Challenges of Creating Synergies • Change agency is not always readily accepted • Territorialism • Global budget needs • Time consuming • Navigating large college committee and operational structure
