  5. Before you leave • All medicines, asthma pumps etc • to Mrs Ali by Friday 22nd June • Pocket Money to office by • Friday 22nd June • Pack – see the attached kit list • DON’T FORGET • A SLEEPING BAG/DUVET • AND PILLOW!

  6. The day arrives – Monday 25th June • Luggage to Brentwood Road entrance at 9.00-9.15am • Hand luggage (packed lunch ; something to read) • Travel sick pills • Leave Brentwood Road 9.30am • Arrive approx 1.00pm

  13. Health & safety The PGL Code of Practice describes all safety and operational procedures both on and off-site including: • Staff-to-pupil ratios • Staff vetting & training • Site security • First Aid and Emergency procedures

  14. Coming home • The coach will leave the centre at 10.00am • Your child will be given a packed lunch for the journey home • We will be arriving back to school at approximately 1.30pm – please meet at the Brentwood Road entrance to collect your child
