OBJECTIVESTo establish, conduct, maintain subsidize, aids, sponsor or provide facilities and training programmes for rural society aid and relief, through technology alternatives for needy and poor persons by way of developing technology alternatives for various rural problems by giving economic solutions which will be affordable to this society and easily available alternative materials nearby this society.To establish, conduct, maintain, subsidize, aid, sponsor or to provide all round facilities for economically backward people or majorly farmers. To assist in development of new methods and process of technology development /services skills and analytical techniques.To give, support and promote all round education in all the technical areas and promote technology development for the rural mass through effective utilization of the rural infrastructure as well as rural materials and traditional methods. To conduct as and when possible a public technology development programmes, education and research in technology.To hold, conduct, sponsor, subsidies and maintain classes, training institution like how to develop rural technology, computer education etc. for advancement for knowledge and income generating skills among the needy and students. To print and publish literature on various subjects for overall upliftment of rural human beings.
OBJECTIVESTo assist in development of new methods and process of service skills and analytical techniques in rural technology alternatives development field and more particularly in Jaggery making.To hold workshop/ seminars/ conferences with a view to bring experts in the field of rural development , industry and other sectors together for the benefit of the society.To establish research centre for promotion and development in rural technology alternative and other developments in scientific fields note worthy national and international society or other institutions/ organizations. To do all such lawful deeds and acts as are essential for conductive to the attainment of the objects.To sponsor programmes declared by International Organizations for benefit of rural development.To collaborate or associate with any association or Society or institution where all or any of the objects are the same or similar to the whole or any part of the object of the Society.
Present ObjectThere are almost 1200 jaggery making units in Kolhapur districtThis industry is a cottage IndustryTotal turnover is @ 300 Cr.After thermal efficiency analysis of 5 different types of furnaces, it is found that, this industry needs more energy efficient systems with environment control
