Transfer My Performance Plan to My Rating Official - Employee 1. “Begin at the ‘Performance Appraisal Application Main Page’. 2. “Select ‘Transfer to Rating Official’ from the ‘Action’ drop down menu for the plan listed and select the ‘Go’ button.” This page displays information regarding the status of the Performance Plan. From this page the employee may complete a step if it is highlighted, transfer the plan to the Rating Official, track progress or return to the Main Page. Select the Transfer to Rating Official button to continue.

Transfer My Performance Plan to My Rating Official -Employee 4. “Select the appropriate ‘Transfer to Rating Official’ button at the top of the email Notification Page.” 3. “Type an email message to your Rating Official indicating that you are transferring the Performance Plan, if you want to use the email option.” From this page the employee will transfer the Performance Plan to the Rating Official for review and approval. If the employee sends it using the Transfer to Rating Official with Email Notification option, the text box appears in the body of an email delivered to his/her email. The email address must be updated in My Biz or My Workplace for this functionality to work.
