Hot water is heated by the sun and only lasts 5 mins to reduce waste (1). • The company employs 22 local people from Gunjur (1). The employees receive training and are paid for the whole year, as usually this work is seasonal (1). They get medical and dental care and the opportunity for promotion and careers (1).
