  3. NEGATIVE QUALITIES • 1.Some rules are broken by himself • 2.Don’t discuss any matter properly • 3.Sometimes he takes the decission by seeing the face • 4.Alaways trying to stay in safezone(By taking the name of Director Sir)

  4. Why I want to be? • As every people has some negative qualities but he has a lot of professionalism qualities like how to manage people, techniques of implementing the new rules, initiativeness, problem solving ideas,qualities of expressing his own thought etc. That’s why I want to be as him.
