  4. DIFERENT TYPES OF QUADRILATERAL TRAPEZIUM IT IS A QUADRILATERAL WITH TWO SIDES ARE PARALLEL . PARALLELOGRAM TWO PAIRS OF OPPOSITE SIDES ARE PARALLEL AND EQUAL IN MEASURE. DIAGONALS BISECT EACH OTHER.OPPOSITE ANGLES ARE EQUAL

  5. RHOMBUS IT IS A QUADRILATERALWITH FOUR SIDES EQUAL AND BISECTS EACH OTHER RECTANGLE TWO PAIRS OF OPPOSITE SIDESARE PARALLELAND EQUAL IN MEASURE.ALL THE ANGLES ARE EQUAL IN MEASURE.EACH ANGLE IS 90 . DIAGONALS ARE EQUAL IN MEASURE.

  6. SQUARE ALL THE FOUR SIDES ARE EQUAL.ALL THE ANGLES ARE EQUALWITH EACH ANGLE 90 .DIAGONAL BISECT EACH OTHER.TWO PAIRS OF OPPOSITE SIDES ARE PARALLEL.

  7. CONSTRUCTION OF A QUADRILATERAL TO CONSTRUCT A QUADRILATERAL WE WANT TO FOLLOW FIVE MEASURES i.e.,- AB = 6.5CM, BC = 5.5CM , CD = 6CM , AD = 4.5CM AND A = 70 . ROUGH FIGURE OF QUADRILATERAL

  8. STEP - 1 DRAW AB OF LENGTH 6.5 CM.

  9. STEP - 2 MARK AN ANGLE OF 70 AT A

  10. STEP - 3 ‘ D’ IS ON THE SIDE JUST DRAWN AND IT IS 4.5 CM AWAY FROM A. MARK THE POSITION OF ‘D ‘ .SO AD =4.5 CM.

  11. STEP - 4 WE HAVE GOT THREE VERTICES OF THE QUADRILATERAL.TO LOCATETHE FOURTH VERTEX C ,DRAW TWO ARCS FROM B WITH 5.5 CM . IT WILL CUT AT A POINT . THIS POINT IS DENOTED BY C . NOW WE HAVE COMPLETE THE QUADRILATERAL ABCD.
