2011/12 Budget • state funding?: -10%, • SUNY allocation?: - $1 to 3 million • tuition? • new costs?: 1% raise, utilities etc. • budget development: very tight, very conservative, new revenues, and cuts • analyzing the enrolment drop: competition and clarity in recruitment to admission • separate the short term from long term • use our advantage and opportunity………
