  3. Create a PowerPoint , Posterand/or Demonstration • 6 x 6 rule • Avoid frequent use of bullets • Minimize animations/movement • Use color contrast • Use high-quality graphics • Take advantage of graphics, charts, and/or (short) videos

  4. Create a Structured Guide • Present to all learning styles • Print a hand-out for audience to follow during presentation • Chart/Graph • Outline • Quiz • Etc.
