USE STANDARDS AND ASSOCIATED DATA AS TEMPLATE FOR CEWG/QUALITY AGENDA • DEVELOP A DYNAMIC WORKPLAN WITH ALL CLINICIANS, DISPLAY PERFORMANCE RESULTS IN CLINICAL AREAS • SHARE GOALS AND STIMULATE HEALTHY COMPETITION!
ADMISSION TO STROKE UNIT • Empowering staff to outreach to A&E/receiving unit to increase the profile of the stroke unit and the specialist staff • SU staff to realise that all strokes are their business and not only those already in the SU. • Improved discharge planning process to create capacity.
