Limited Respite Program Eligibility • No low-income requirements or fee for services • Family caregiver must live in Salt Lake County and be unpaid • Care Receiver must be in a home environment • Caregiver can not be on two government funded programs at the same time (Veterans benefits, Hospice, Medicaid programs, etc.) • Tax-funded program (National, State, County) SLCO Caregiver Support Program – Caregiver Academy Presentation
