Upgrade the Local Area Networks in the various OL by introducing Cisco based IP Telephony and Wi-Fi technology, Video Conferencing. Provide high speed link (Wi-Max) to the Rigs operating in the vicinity of Meleiha, Aghar and Faras (18Mbps up to 30Km distance).
