  6. Food Storage - Location • Store raw PHF’s away or below ready to eat foods • Food should be stored at least 6 inches off the floor • Food should be stored on approved shelving • Food shall be stored away from chemical items

  9. Food Storage - Location Dry storage areas must be clean, dry and free of rodents and insects. Storage areas must also be well ventilated and maintained at a temperature of 50˙ - 70˙F.
