Our philosophy Successful instruction is constant, rigorous, integrated across disciplines, connected to students' prior experiences, engaging, and designed for critical thinking and problem solving that is useful beyond the classroom. We will never believe that our students have learned enough or that they cannot learn more.

  5. Conduct Charts • Each student has a conduct chart to monitor homework and behavior. • This chart is glued in the student’s planner every six-weeks. • Students receive a sticker for the day when they turn in all their work and model good behavior. • Students should ask for a parent signature at the end of the week. • Two teacher signatures results in the loss of Friday Fun.

  6. Homework Procedures • Students are required to write homework in their planners. • All homework is posted on the Wiki and the board in the classroom. • A missing assignment is a signature (a warning). • Students are not allowed to call home for homework.
