  3. WEDNESDAY SCHEDULE Family Supper 5:30 P.M. Handbell Choir 5:30 P.M. Kid’s Praise 6:30 P.M. Student Refuge 6:30 P. M.

  4. WEDNESDAY SCHEDULE Adult Prayer Meeting 6:30 P.M. Singles Bible Study 6:30 P.M. Celebration Choir 7:15 P.M.

  5. VBS TRAINING SESSION will be held today following the Morning Worship Service, beginning with lunch served in Fellowship Hall and then in the Kids Park. Volunteers are still needed in all areas. Lesson plans will be handed out today and classes assigned.  See Fara for more information!

  6. DEACONS DEACONS MEETING will be today beginning with lunch in Fellowship Hall following the Morning Worship Service.  Deacons of the Month for May are Chuck Tripp and Doug West.

  7. AWANA will conclude this year's activities tonight with a year-end celebration.  Kids, plan to come and enjoy a time of pizza & games!

  8. THE FINANCE COMMITTEE will meet Wednesday at 6:30 in the Conference Room in the north wing.

  9. MOTHER'S DAY BREAKFAST, Sunday, May 9 at 9:00 a.m. sponsored by the Men's Ministry.  Sign up in the church office or in Sunday School by May 7. Men are also needed to serve.

  10. SUPER SUMMER The Middle School youth, grades 6-8,  are going to Super Summer Camp at OBU June 19-22. Students will love this camp with the emphasis this year on standing strong in their faith. Early registration cost is $150 and the deadline for the consent form and payment is TODAY. To register online, go to supersummerarkansas.com. Contact Zach if you have any questions.

  11. CHILDREN'S CAMP Current 4th & 5th graders are invited to attend JOYWORKS camp June 14-17 at OBU.  The cost is $140 and the deadline to register & pay is May 16.

  12. MISSION TRIP to Big Springs, TX, will be July 24-31, and include construction, VBS, men & women's ministry in the Hispanic community. The deadline for registration is June 1 (note this date change). Contact Ken Bragg for more info at 942-5269 or kenbragg@windstream.net

  13. CONGRATUATIONS to Brady Dixon, who is graduating from Henderson State University with a BS in Nursing this spring.   NOTE:  Call the office if you have a college graduate this year!

  14. PARENT-BABY DEDICATION Next Sunday is Mother's Day, and  we will have a Parent/Baby Dedication Service. Call the church office by this Tuesday if you plan to dedicate your child or grandchild. Note:  We have 7 families participating to date.

  15. FOOD PANTRY will be Saturday, May 15, at 10:00 a.m.  Food items and/or money are needed to help with this ministry. VOLUNTEERS WELCOME!
