Building internal capacity • Two modules developed by Kineo • ‘Fit Note’ • New paternity rights • TUC Education will develop subsequent modules with the support of Kineo • Kineo will provide training to staff and policy officers (subject matter experts) • Rapid e-learning project management • Rapid e-learning authoring/writing • Articulate • TUC Education will develop tutor training to further build internal capacity

Next Steps Develop CPD function to record reps learning via Moodle: • Record and track activity/progress • Identify learning needs and objectives • Provide CPD reports • Allow learners to create personal development plans • Allow TUC and affiliates to identify reps’ training and development needs
