Volunteering Philanthropy Competition Social Networking Why Join HOSA? HOSA provides its members with a range of opportunities for scholarship and provides access to resources that aid the process of prepping for professional school.

Membership Requirements • Membership Dues ($35 for the semester or $50 for the year, refundable upon completion of 3 BIG Fundraisers) • Attend 4 out of 6 meetings • Complete 15 Hours of HOSA Volunteer hours OR 12 hours and 6 outside hours/charity points • Complete 1 BIG Fundraiser and 2 Small Fundraisers • Attend 3 Social Events • ALL SIGN-UPS THROUGH WEBSITE
Kaplan Test Prep HOSA offers members the opportunity to apply for scholarships for Kaplan prep courses. Also, HOSA members get a discount for Kaplan services, including test prep.
Donors Play • At each meeting, we will be testing a game app to raise money for competitions • Here is a video explaining the process • Please text “txhosa” to 650-319-7142 and follow the prompts to download the app on your smart phone • We will test the game together during the last 5 minutes of the meeting
Guess Which Officer? • I am so afraid of heights that I cannot stand on a table • I tore my ACL at Jumpstreet this summer • I’ve broken a finger playing basketball • I can play 6 different instruments • I drive a convertible • I am a huge football fan to the point where I will yell at the screen and have had a fantasy football team • I have a collection of stuffed animals, including a zebra named Mr. Zebra
