Ghid al drepturilor de autor • Se recomandă consultarea legii nr 8/1996 privind dreptul de autor si drepturile conexe, propunând dezbateri pe marginea diferitelor artocle ale acesteia cu elevii pe marginea acesteia. • Profesorul solicită elevilor ca, înainte de a selecta imagini, sunetele, etc. ce vor fi publicate pe site-ul proiectului sau în diferite broşuri, să verifice dacă există restricţii de utilizare a surselor. • Pentru fiecare material utilizat vor fi indicate corect şi complet sursele, realizându-se şi link-uri către aceste surse.

Ghid al drepturilor de autor Profesorul va recomanda elevilor puncte de referinţă privind procente/cantităţi de informaţie ce pot fi utilizate din aceeaşi sursă, propunând: • text: maxim 10% sau maxim 1000 de cuvinte • secvenţe audio: maxim 10% sau maxim 2 min • imagini din acelaşi site: 5 imagini de pe un site, dacă nu există restricţii • date prelucrate: maxim 5% • date neprelucrate: maxim 15%
