The Joanna Briggs Collaboration International Program at Glasgow Caledonian University aims to enhance evidence-informed care for older individuals through evidence translation and utilization initiatives. The program focuses on promoting a culture of evidence-based practice, advancing synthesis methodologies, and building capacity for implementation. Partner organizations include NHS boards and quality improvement bodies. Initial projects include systematic reviews, protocol development, and community practice initiatives. Collaboration with centers like the Yangon Centre for Evidence-Based Health Care in Myanmar is also established. For inquiries, contact Marty Wright for implementation and Maggie Lawrence for systematic reviews. Stay connected on Twitter @gcu_jbi.
