Delta College Dual Enrollment • On the Delta College campus with Delta College students for Delta College credit • To participate, learners must be “credentialed”: • Learners take up to 10 college classes from their freshman to senior years • Tuition and fees paid by district on eligible courses College Options. College Ready Credential To demonstrate readiness a learner must: • Have an Educational Development Plan (EDP) on file in Career Cruising that has been updated within the semester. • Have participated in Strategies for Academic Success/Career and College Readiness Seminar with a 2.0 or higher College Options. College Ready Credential To demonstrate eligibility a learner must test into college-level coursework by earning the following scores (only need one): • COMPASS • Math: 41 (level 5) • Reading: 81 (level 4) • Writing: 60 (level 4) • ACT • Math: 19 • Reading: 20 • English: 20 College Options. College Ready Credential To demonstrate preparedness a learner must: • 2.0 GPA or higher • Successfully completed all Michigan Merit Curriculum courses at grade level with grade of 2.0 or higher. • Have a parent/guardian signature of maturity College Options. Career Options. Success for Life. 2.0 GPA requirement in MHS courses waived for learners who earn state qualifying scores for dual enrollment courses
